Tiger Woods announced on his website that he has dropped his caddy of 12 years, Steve Williams. Williams was at Woods’ side through the good times and also through the bad.
He even stuck with Tiger as his sponsors, then his family, and finally his game deserted him. Injuries and just nine holes of competitive golf in three months have seen Tiger slip to 20 in the world rankings. Now he has fired Williams. But will a new caddy be enough to help the Tiger tame his demons?
