Having connections to Penn State University will not exactly eliminate your chances of serving on the jury for the Jerry Sandusky trial. Of course, sometimes the bias and slant is just way too obvious, like when potential jurors show up wearing Penn State t-shirts. From the award-winning Sarah Ganim of the Patriot News: … [Read more...] about 2 potential jurors in Sandusky trial wearing Penn St. shirts; 3 jurors selected

Mike McQueary to sue Penn State, seek whistleblower status
Former Penn State wide receivers coach Mike McQueary is filing a whistleblower lawsuit against Penn State. The paperwork was filed today on behalf of his lawyer Eliot Strokoff. That is his name- how unfortunate that we are not joking. You have to admit that's funny. Genuinely funny, not dark humor like how Jerry Sandusky is being represented by a man who impregnated a minor … [Read more...] about Mike McQueary to sue Penn State, seek whistleblower status

The Big Ten office issued the following statement from the … [Read more...] about Big 10 Statement on Penn St; Potential “Lack of Institutional Control”
Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky Arrested, Arraigned Again
If you thought it was disgusting and disturbing that former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky was out walking around freely (as I certainly did) then you will no doubt exact a measure of satisfaction, a sense of justice from today's news story. I mean the guy lived across the street from an elementary school- how f***d up is that? And does/did have a wife? Who … [Read more...] about Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky Arrested, Arraigned Again
