Chicago Cubs third baseman and National League Rookie of the Year Kris Bryant was back in Chicago for the first time since he claimed the NL ROY award.
Bryant tailgated at Soldier Field this past Sunday before watching the Chicago Bears lose to the Washington Redskins in a club suite.
At the Adler Planetarium parking lot, Kris Bryant gave a meet and greet opportunity for 150+ excited fans. Yes, #Krismas came a couple weeks early for two randomly selected winners from the tailgate.
They received upgraded tickets to the watch the game with Kris Bryant in an exclusive suite. Here are a couple photos below from the event.
“Playing baseball 162 games, often night games, you get done at 11 o’clock there’s not many places open,” said Kris Bryant.
“You want to order a pizza – not too good for you – so Stouffer’s Fit Kitchen is really easy for me to pop-in a meal, eat something satisfying, watch some TV and refuel my body from the wear and tear I go through day-in and day-out. I’ve learned I need to take care of my body year round to be 100% on the field.”
