Javier Chicharito Hernández has an exclusive interview with Andrés Cantor on “Titulares Telemundo” from Manchester, England this Sunday where Hernandez reveals how the start of his professional career in Guadalajara made him ponder his future as a soccer player:
“ I went through a tough time at Chivas because I lost all faith in myself; I started to second guess whether this (soccer) was the path God had in mind for me,” Chicharito said in this interview.
Chicharito quickly became a fan favorite with clutch goals in key junctures for a championship team. However, Hernandez is currently going through one of the toughest moments of his career as he attempts to crack United’s starting lineup while facing harsh criticism as one of the faces of Mexico’s struggle to qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
Chicharito sat down with Cantor in Manchester to speak at length about his day-to-day life in England. Should make for an interesting program for fans of the Red Devils. Hernandez is certainly not one of the main players in Old Trafford, but in a dismal season like this, he may get more playing time.
