Funny or Die and Philips Norelco have made a video series about the NHL playoff beard tradition. The third video launches today.
Over the past two weeks, The Playoff Beard Follies, a three-part video series starring hockey legends Jeremy Roenick and Mike Modano, has taken a tongue-in-cheek spin on the hockey playoff beard tradition. The videos include:
· How to Fake a Playoff Beard, which hit online last week, showing fans who may be lacking in the facial hair department how to “fake a killer beard”
· Missing the Beards, which debuted the series, follows Modano and Roenick as they come to grips with what they “miss most” about their hockey careers – playoff beards!
· The final video will air today as the Stanley Cup playoffs heat up and the beards get longer.
