It appears that Tottenham Hotspur really want their young superstar striker Harry Kane to win Golden Boot this season. The club is reportedly appealing the Football Association to get a goal given to Christian Eriksen awarded to Kane instead. The Englishman was initially credited with the second goal in Spurs 2-1 win at Stoke City this past weekend.
However, replays showed that he may not have actually gotten a touch on the Eriksen cross, and thus the score sheet was changed. THFC want it changed back to the original.

Everyone has an opinion on this situation, and in case you haven’t made up your mind yet, and you need to see the footage of the play, we have that for you below:
Harry Kane had been out with an injury the past few weeks and he’s now fallen five goals behind Liverpool’s Mo Salah in the scoring race. However, he did win the Golden Boot the past two seasons, so if he misses out this campaign, at least he has two of these honors already.
