Manchester United won at Partizan Belgrade a couple weeks ago, in UEFA Europa League competition, and that victory accomplished three things. It ended the Red Devils long away match skid, gave them firm control of group L, and provided a lot of confidence (at least for the reverse fixture coming up here).
That win started a three match win streak, all on the road, but any and all trace of momentum from that could have come from that crashed and burned with the Premier League loss at Bournemouth on Saturday. Still, we’re picking United to get a win at Old Trafford on Thursday night and to do so easily.
Expect a lot of squad rotation and minutes for the kids in this one. Also, it seems like Jesse Lingard’s place in the team now is restricted to cup competition. It all makes Roy Keane’s comments, where he labeled him an extremely high paid professional Instagrammer, pretty funny.

With United facing a much smaller club, at home, you have to pick them to win here, and with it they will pretty much wrap up passage to the knockout round.
