Time for your daily Arturo Vidal is coming/not coming/maybe coming/definitely coming to Manchester United update. Weโll look at whatย media outletsย in which countries are saying the transferย has been completed.ย Or not. Or maybe it has.
Thereโs media in three countries interested in this: Juventus (Italy) his current club, Chile (where he was a nationalย starย for theย Worldย Cup team) and United (England of course!)
ย One thing is for certain, no one can dispute this: the Arturo Vidal to Man United storyline will not go away.
Juventus midfielder and former member of Manchester United Paul Pogba told the Australian press that although he hopes Arturo Vidal will stay, Juve players are hearing that he’s going to leave. ย Juventus are currently in Australia as part of their pre-season tour but the rumors about Vidal’s future, i.e. move to United, are so prominent that players for the Serie A side can’t ignore it.
“Weโre hearing that Vidal is going but we donโt know,โ Pogba told The Age.
โFor the moment heโs injured, heโs trying to get fit. We want him to stay at Juventus. At the moment heโs here so we wonโt speak about him leaving.โ
Pogba himself has been rumored with a move (back) to Old Trafford in previous transfer window, but right now it’s all about Arturo Vidal and Arturo Vidal first and foremost. It’s a nice little boost for MUFC supporters who eagerly await closure on this transfer saga.
