Man United fans with resources connected to airplanes are at it again. Yes, on the Barclay’s Premier League’s final day, we saw another airplane over a stadium towing another message. Today, it was Man United fans going after the Scousers that they hate so much.
Finding the Schadenfreude in Liverpool having the title right there in their grasp, before losing to Chelsea, and then staying in the thick of it until the end with a 3-0 lead at Crystal Palace (before blowing it and ending up with a draw at Palace to erase their championship hopes) these MUFC supporters to fly over Anfield with a cruel message aimed at captain Steven Gerrard.
Liverpool fans were not amused.
The banner, of course, refers to the number of Premier League titles Steven Gerrard has won – zero, or exactly 20 less than United.
