There is good news, bad news when it comes to the Liverpool FC injury situation this weekend. Ahead of the derby against Manchester United, midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has become the latest to find himself on the Reds injury list.
Now for the good news, central defender Ibrahima Konate was not subbed off at half-time, of the Europa League loss to USG, due to injury concerns.

Liverpool FC Team News
Konate was replaced by Joe Gomez on Thursday night because manager Jurgen Klopp had pre-emptively planned on doing so. It was all about squad rotation, during some continental competition dead rubber, with the big grudge match coming just three days later.
And while Alisson has returned to the fold, the Merseysiders have a quintet of long-term injury absentees: Andy Robertson, Diogo Jota, Joel Matip, Stefan Bajcetic and Thiago Alcantara.
Those last two names you can pretty much just copy and paste into every single Liverpool Team News article.
