Patience is a virtue. So many were quick to write off Christian Pulisic as his start at Chelsea began nightmarishly. He just couldn’t get into the team at first, and the depth chart situation looked bleak as the Blues are/were stacked at winger. However, Pulisic produced when given the chance as he racked up the assists when called upon.
Now he’s getting the goals to go along with it. He’s absolutely on fire right now. Capt. America scored his fifth goal in three games today, converting in the 79′ of Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.
He becomes only the second Premier League player to reach five goals and five assists across all competitions this season. The other, you may have heard of him, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah. Here’s video of the goal below:

Pulisic also became just the third American to score in three consecutive Premier League games, joining Roy Wegerle, who did it with Fulham, among others and Joe Max Moore who did it with Everton
