With the Boston Celtics reaching the NBA Eastern Conference Finals this past spring, a Kristine Leahy post is long overdue; she is a local product after all. If you don’t know by now, Kristine Leahy is currently a Sports Anchor and Reporter for Fox25 in Boston. She’s also done NCAA Tournament work for CBS and Turner Sports. Prior to joining Fox, she served as the in-arena and CelticsTV hostess for the Boston Celtics.
According to her official website’s bio page, sports were always a big part of Kristine Leahy’s life as a kid growing up in Chicago.
When she wasn’t repeatedly asking her father to test her Chicago Bulls knowledge by quizzing her on the players, colleges, positions, and plays… “
BJ Armstrong, guard, Iowa, Bill Cartwright, ‘man in the middle,’ San Francisco…” Kristine Leahy was watching one brother play AAU basketball or traveling with the other to hockey tournaments.
Now Kristine Lehay will be doing some college football work for CBS Sports Network. Focusing a lot on Army and some of the other service academies. She’ll work alongside former Penn State Defensive Coordinator and interim Head Coach after Joe Paterno, Tom Bradley.
