Four-star receiver Cordell Broadus has a chance to play Notre Dame football. The son of Calvin Broadus, rapper Snoop Dogg, is a high school junior, and has a lot of time to make up his mind. (and I’m sure his money is on it, with his mind on his money)
Cordell Broadus’ high school coach tweeted today that Brian Kelly and Notre Dame football have extended an offer.
“Cordell Broadus was offered by Notre Dame today,” Diamond Bar (Calif.) High School coach Ryan Maine said.
If he picks ND, he’ll fight right in. Notre Dame football is a program stocked with children of ultra-rich celebrities and famous athletes.
The sons of: Jon Bon Jovi, Cris Collinsworth, David Robinson, Torii Hunter are just a few on the Notre Dame football roster right now. (full list here)
It should be noted that the son of P Diddy a.k.a. Sean Combs a.k.a. Puff Daddy, plays big time college football too.
The 6-foot-3-inch, 186-pound Broadus is a four-star prospect in Rivals.com’s Class of 2015 rankings and has offers from LSU and Nebraska. As well as two school really close to the East Side of the LBC, UCLA and USC. Maybe Cordell Broadus will join Justin Combs on the Bruins?
ND has a marquee match-up with the USC Trojans this weekend. (Game preview here)
