INDIANAPOLIS- Signs inside, outside and all over downtown Indy read “the road ends here.” Indeed it does, my four venue, three city tour ends tonight. As will the championship aspirations of the 64th team. The 65th team will get their “one shining moment” tonight; They’ll cut down the nets and hoist the trophy. For me the “Midwest Swing” that began nearly a month ago in Indy, ends in Indy. We’ve come full circle in the “circle city.”
Look for me on tv tonight a row behind the Butler bench in between the free throw and three point line. I’ll be live blogging the action from courtside! So relax, watch some championship basketball, and add your commentary below. The bigger the discussion, the better.
And Butler’s Matt Howard, who was likely to miss the game with a concussion, he is starting.
