Two United players made major contributions in this one as forward Marcus Rashford came on in the 59′ for Callum Hudson-Odoi and scored in the 83′. Central defender Harry Maguire started and played the whole game.
Three Lions won Group A, having accumulated with 21 points, with the only mistake being October’s 2-1 loss at to the Czech Republic.
