So much for what Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho said in his pregame press conference yesterday, about today’s clash at Chelsea being just another game, one in which he said he wouldn’t be very emotional.
When Ross Barkley equalized for Chelsea deep into extra time, Marco Ianni, the number two assistant under Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea, celebrated directly in front of Mourinho and the rest of the United bench. Mayhem soon ensued on the touchline, watch the video below:

The announcer said only “Chelsea staff member” because at that point, Ianni’s identity hadn’t been revealed yet.
Mourinho had to be restrained as a melee erupted at Stamford Bridge. While tempers were flaring, no punches were actually thrown. Here is the footage of what Marco Ianni did to set Mourinho off below.
The game would end in a 2-2 draw, which is extremely unfortunate for United as they held a 2-1 lead in the 95′.

No matter what side you’re on on this one, you have to admit that was entirely classless by Marco Ianni. Of course, Mourinho didn’t exactly react in an ideal manner himself. What he did after the match to taunt the crowd was of obviously very poor sportsmanship. Overall, it was just an ugly scene, with tensions clashing in a match that had been played in good spirits up to that point.
